1. Drink a glass of water with lemon before breakfast 

Lemon water is great for a cleanse because it is hydrating and it also helps with detoxification.

If you are feeling extra tired, drink a cup of coffee or tea instead (with lemon!) to get some energy for the day ahead! This will help jump-start your system while not forgetting about hydration – which is important because by now we know that this can increase cognitive function.

2. Eat fruit for breakfast

Eating fruit for breakfast likes berries, apples, etc. This will give you the energy to get through your day and make sure that you’re getting the best nutrients.

Try not to eat any processed foods with sugar or salt -If this sounds like too much of an adjustment then just try giving up one naughty food per week.

Lemon is also an excellent source of vitamin C, which can promote healthy digestion! You should drink at least a glass per day to reap these benefits- or more if needed for weight loss purposes – just try not overdoing it because too much water may actually be harmful.

5. Add some raw vegetables to your plate at lunchtime to give yourself more nutrients and fiber

Eating a nice big salad for lunch will not only help you stay full for longer, but it will also provide your body with some essential nutrients and fiber.
